Legal Notice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website and the services herein are operated by AdsHeads. AdsHeads is not an ad network or self-service platform. We act as a managed service partner between advertisers and publishers across various media buying channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Advertiser Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By launching campaigns through AdsHeads, you (the \u201cAdvertiser\u201d) agree to comply with these Terms. All campaigns are subject to manual approval and must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advertisers are responsible for supplying accurate campaign materials. AdsHeads reserves the right to reject or remove any content deemed misleading, inappropriate, or non-compliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Billing is handled either on a prepayment basis or through invoice-based terms. All statistics used for billing are based on AdsHeads tracking systems unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any detected fraudulent activity (fake leads, bot traffic, deceptive ads) may result in campaign suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal recourse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advertisers grant AdsHeads a limited license to use campaign creatives. Advertiser retains full ownership of intellectual property rights unless otherwise negotiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Publisher Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By working with AdsHeads as a traffic partner (\u201cPublisher\u201d), you agree to provide legitimate, high-quality traffic that aligns with the agreed targeting and traffic sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AdsHeads does not accept traffic from incentivized, misled, cloaked, or bot sources. Violations may lead to immediate termination, and non-payment of earnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Publisher earnings are calculated based on AdsHeads internal tracking unless explicitly stated. Disputes must be raised within 3 business days of report delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments are processed through agreed-upon channels after reconciliation. All taxes and fees are the responsibility of the Publisher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. General Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All services are provided \u201cas is.\u201d AdsHeads is not liable for indirect damages or disruptions caused by third-party failures or force majeure events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any confidential or proprietary information shared between parties must be treated as such and not disclosed without written consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
